    Using Semantic and Episodic memory recall to keep learners engaged, AND help them to learn is sheer genius and fits perfectly in the eLearning world! Also - great, great points. I hadn't heard of Autobiographical memory as much as the others prior to this, I think the concept, and using it for eLearning design is again - genius!
Mastery of all information is not immediately needed on the job.
Extreme stories bring forth new information that calls attention.
Allow the discovery of factual content within the story.
Allow learners to discover needs moving forward.
Focus on the must-learn needed on the job.
