Microsoft Outlook can be a boon to your business, especially with its ability to help you keep your workers on track with their email and assigned projects. Through Outlook, you can even “nudge” your associates into action without having to personally poke your head into their offices and cubicles.


Learn-On-Need

Take advantage of Outlook’s reminder function to gently let workers know that a deadline is approaching, as well as alert them to new assignments and tasks.
  • Step 1 - Click the “New E-Mail” button on the ribbon.
  • Step 2 - Click the “Follow Up” button on the message window’s ribbon, then click “Add Reminder.”
  • Step 3 - Select the “Flag for Recipients” check box, which enables the rest of its section.
  • Step 4 - Select the “Reminder” check box. Select the date and time when you would like to have the reminder appear and then click the “OK” button.
