while facilitating, I could not get the sound through the overhead projector. So I accessed all icons on the computer, checked the overhead projector and still could not solve the problem. Finally had to call an IT specialist - who went through the same process but much more successfully as he had additional knowledge that I didn't have.

This helps explain ZAP a little better! I think this example is the doorway into understanding 'micro-learning on the most basic level.' What he's describing is micro-learning even if it's not an instructionally-designed elearning course. But to make an effective course, you need to begin to understand this basic foundation of events that learners experience on their own so that you can apply those foundational experiences to the learning material.

I'm unclear of why these steps necessarily happen very quickly and how they relate to one another. I understand that the information in each steps sounds great but it look like a bunch of keywords connected with arrows.
